Core Values of GNC:

1. Worship - We value worship because it puts God at the center of our life and our community, that we might obey His commands, Love Him, and Praise Him as our God.
2. Word - We value God's Word because it is the Foundation upon which we base our life, and faith to obey and follow Christ as our Lord and Savior.
3. Community - We value Community because it is the life-blood of authentic relationships in a growing ministry.
4. Missions Heart - We value the Missions Heart because wherever God places us, locally or globally, we are to live a life in such a way that we are furthering His Kingdom.
5. Equipping and Empowering Lay Leadership - We value Lay Leadership because the Church was not intended to function from a small group of leaders, but rather from the entire Body of Christ serving one another and our world in Jesus' name.
6. Prayer - We value prayer because it is our purest expression of trust and dependence upon God for our ministry and needs of life.
7. The Arts - We value the Arts because God is Glorious, Wonderful and Majestic and we should do our best to represent Him both in the Church and in the world with all the beauty and love expressed through the Arts.
8. Serving - We value serving because each of us have gifts and talents with which God has blessed us. Therefore, we desire to bless each other by serving one another.
9. Spiritual Formation - We value Spiritual Formation because growth in Christ never ends. We desire to see each believer mature in the areas of knowledge of God's word, the practice of biblical truth in their life, and in developing our character to be more like Christ.
10. Enjoying Life Together - We value Enjoying Life Together because God's people should not only worship and serve together but should also have fun together living life to the fullest.
